Fire Extinguisher Servicing

Your Fire Protection Equipment will only work effectively and be in full working order if it has befire extinguisher servicingen regularly checked and serviced by a qualified and competent Service Engineer.

Our engineers are qualified to service all makes of fire extinguishers and will advise you of exactly what types you require and exactly where they should be sited for the risks they are protecting.

Service and Maintenance Standards

  • All work carried out by our fully trained engineers.
  • All makes and types of Fire Extinguishers serviced.
  • All inclusive prices per extinguisher (we do not charge for general service spare parts).
  • Complete peace of mind.
  • All fire extinguisher servicing is carried out in accordance with BS5306 part 3 and 8 and in accordance with the manufactures recommendations.
  • All new fire extinguishers will comply with the latest edition of British Standard EN 3: Part 5, 1996 - Portable Fire Extinguishers or an equivalent standard.

In addition, we offer to all our clients, ‘professional’ fire safety advice at no extra charge to assist them in complying with the current fire safety legislation. Our clients also receive discounted rates on all our other safety services.

Annual Servicing Fees

Call Out Charge and the servicing of the first 4 extinguishers .................................£29.00 + vat

Servicing of each additional Extinguisher ..................................................................£4.50 + vat 

Servicing of fire blankets .......................................................................................... £2.00 + vat

Extended 5 Yearly servicing (full discharge) .................................................... price on request

All general service parts are included e.g.  washers, 'O' rings and pins.

Major replacement parts e.g. discharge hose and horns, nozzles or handles will incur an additional charge.

New Equipment

Installation of New Fire Extinguishers * ................................................................... £7.50 + vat

Installation of New Fire Blankets * ........................................................................... £3.00 + vat 

* Cost of extinguisher, bracket and sign not included.
